Rascal Developments is the construction arm of Rascal Republic.
Our team spearheaded the concept, build and management of Rascal – a meticulously handcrafted, 30-metre ironwood and teak yacht, which was designed especially for cruising the Indonesian Archipelago. The first private charter phinisi to offer an entirely abover water accommodation experience, Rascal made waves in the luxury travel industry, enabling exploration of some of the most remote corners of the globe. We are currently building two more yachts, which will join the maiden Rascal in our Voyages fleet upon completion.
Aside from our shipbuilding expertise, Rascal Developments has overseen major infrastructure developments across Indonesia, including the building of roads, bridges, jetties, as well as the installation of water and electricity. Currently our team is overseeing a major hotel and villa development project in South Lombok called Samara Lombok. This development includes a 75 key hotel, 160 villas, a Beach Club as well as development ready plots of land with access, water and electricity.
